These cherries were picked, pre-cooled, graded, and packed (for long-term storage) on the same day. Each box holds approximately 20 pounds of fruit. When there's no more cherries on the trees, we begin selling them from storage for a few weeks. Upon removal from storage they're washed and re-graded before being sold.
