Apple Crumb Cake

I haven't made this cake for awhile but it was always a favorite of the whole family and never did a crumb go to waste. Serve as is or with vanilla ice cream.
Preparation Time:
45 min - 1 hour
Number of Servings:
Six to Eight Servings
Ingredients:
Cake: Filling: Topping (cut these three ingredients to a crumble):
Method:

Mix the first eight ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Spread into a buttered 8" by 8" cake pan. Spread apples and cinnamon on top of batter. Next top with topping.

Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes.
