Creamy Peach Pie

If you're in a hurry this is a quick and easy one-crust pie.
Preparation Time:
1-1.5 hours
Number of Servings:
Makes six servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 9" unbaked pastry shell
- 4 cups sliced Quiet Acres peaches (Want to know peach maturity dates?)
- 1 cup half & half or whipping cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Method:
Slice peaches into pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over peaches.
Bake at 375 F
for 45 to 50 minutes.
