Deviled Eggs

This has always been one of our favourites. Bradley seemed to love them when he was very young and I think they are still one of his favourites. When made with our range hen eggs, you can't beat this recipe at any type of gathering.

Hard boil eggs, cool in cold water. Peel. Cut length wise and remove yolk. Mash yolks with a fork. Add all other ingredients to yolk for stuffing. Stuff whites, then top with parsley or paprika.
