This has always been one of our favourites. Bradley seemed to love them when he was very young and I think they are still one of his favourites. When made with our range hen eggs, you can't beat this recipe at any type of gathering.
Preparation Time:
15-30 min
Number of Servings:
12 half-eggs
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs from Quiet Acres
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (or to taste)
- 1 tsp mustard
- chille powder to taste
- parsley (Dried if you have no fresh. If
you are using fresh, save some
for the top.)
- paprika (optional)
Method:
Hard boil eggs, cool in cold water. Peel. Cut length wise and remove yolk.
Mash yolks with a fork. Add all other ingredients to yolk for stuffing. Stuff whites, then top with parsley or paprika.
