Peach Sour Cream Pie

Serve either warm or at room temperature. My husband Bruce decided he loves peach pie after trying this pie for the first time.

Method:

Arrange 5 cups sliced peaches attractively in a 9" pastry shell. In a medium bowl beat together 2/3 cup each brown sugar and sour cream and 1/3 cup flour until smooth. Pour over peaches. Smooth top. Sprinkle top with additional tablespoon of brown sugar.

Bake at 450 F in oven for 15 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 F; bake 30 to 35 minutes longer, or until pastry is brown and filling is set.
